Biography

I have worked in the commercial collection and law publishing industry for over 35 years.  I have an extensive background in the collection industry and a vast knowledge of all aspects of UCC's, and FDCPA, along with an understanding of legal jurisdictions throughout the United States.  I'm looking forward to using my talent and expertise to enhance customer satisfaction and build quality, long-term business relationships with CCC of New York's current and new clients. My focus is on my clients, making sure they are knowledgeable of all aspects of the collection process, along with accommodating individual needs and treating each client with integrity and professionalism.
